ABOUT THE SERVICE
Is this financial advice?
Nope! I'm a points and travel strategist, not a financial advisor. I help you make the most of the rewards you're already earning, I don't advise on investments, debt management, or anything outside of credit card points and travel strategy.
Do I need to be a points expert before booking a session?
Not at all, most of my clients come in feeling completely overwhelmed. That's exactly why I'm here. Whether you have zero points knowledge or just need a second opinion on your setup, we'll meet you right where you are.
How is this different from just Googling points tips?
Google gives you generic advice. I look at your specific cards, spending habits, and travel goals and build a strategy around your actual life, not a hypothetical one.
How long is each session and how does it work?
Sessions are 60 minutes via video call. You'll fill out a short intake form beforehand so I can come prepared. Afterward, you'll receive a written summary with your personalized recommendations.
ABOUT CREDIT & CARDS
Do I need a high credit score to benefit from your strategy?
A good credit score helps when it comes to card applications, but there's a lot we can do with the cards and points you already have regardless of where you're starting from.
Will applying for new cards hurt my credit?
New applications do cause a small, temporary dip in your score, but I'll never recommend a card that isn't worth it for your situation, and I'll always walk you through the timing so it makes sense for you.
I only have one or two cards, is it worth booking a session?
Absolutely. Sometimes a single card swap or one strategic addition can change everything. Many clients come in with a basic setup and leave with a clear, simple plan that works much harder for them.
ABOUT RESULTS
How quickly will I see results?
Some wins are immediate, like knowing exactly which card to use at the grocery store starting tomorrow. Others, like hitting a welcome bonus or planning a trip, play out over a few months. Either way, you'll leave with a clear action plan.
What if I don't have many points right now, can you still help?
Yes! In some ways it's easier to start fresh with the right strategy than to untangle a complicated existing setup. We'll focus on building your balance the smart way from the start.
Can you help me book the actual trip, or just the strategy?
Both! The 3-Session Pack and Quarterly Maintenance include award booking support, so I can help you actually find and redeem the flights and hotels, not just plan in theory.
LOGISTICS
Are sessions done in person or virtually?
All sessions are virtual via video call, which means I work with clients everywhere, not just the Bay Area.
What happens after my session, do I get any follow-up support?
Every session includes a written follow-up summary with your personalized recommendations. If you want ongoing support, the 3-Session Pack or Quarterly Maintenance program is the best fit.
Do you work with people outside the Bay Area?
Yes! My sessions are fully virtual so I work with families and travelers all over the country. The Bay Area is home base, but your zip code doesn't matter.
