Credit card offers, transfer bonuses, award availability, point valuations, and loyalty program terms change frequently and without notice. While I work to provide current and accurate information, I do not guarantee:

• That specific award space will be available when you attempt to book
• That credit card welcome bonuses or offers will remain in effect
• That transfer ratios or loyalty program rules will not change
• Any specific monetary value, savings, or travel outcome

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your accounts, balances, and travel goals
• Make your own credit card applications, point transfers, and bookings (unless you've contracted for a fully managed package and explicitly authorized me to act on your behalf)
• Review all recommendations before acting on them
• Make your own financial decisions

• Fees are due at time of booking unless otherwise agreed
• Discovery calls are free; all other services require payment in advance
• Completed sessions are non-refundable
• Unused sessions in multi-session packages are refundable within 30 days of purchase
• Quarterly Partner packages are refundable on a prorated basis for unused months, within 30 days of purchase

Information you share during paid engagements is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
